Order Help
Items in your order may be sent from more than one warehouse, arriving in multiple parcels, with payment taken for items as they are posted. This has no additional costs and delivery timings remain as per your choice. If only one parcel has arrived and you are still waiting for further items, please check your tracking here as your items are probably just on their way.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to
the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to AMIAH-RAE. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
Our items are created for exclusivity so limited quantities per style are available. Most pieces will not return however, variations, new styles and colours may be available in the future. You can sign up to be notified from the product pages if the item does return..
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer price adjustments and discount codes are unable to be applied to orders once they have been placed.
All pre-order items will be highlighted in the product title and description. There is also a note to confirm these pre-order items can take approximately 6 weeks to ship. All pre-order items will ship separate to other in stock items in your order. If more than 6 weeks have passed since the order date of your pre-ordered item, please do get in touch on hello@amiahrae.com and we’ll get this sorted for you

Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s). Please visit our returns portal to start a return.
Once your return or exchange has arrived back to us, we will refund or despatch your exchanged order within 7 working days.
If you have checked your tracking number and your return has arrived back to us and it has surpassed the 7 - 10 working days, please drop us an email at hello@amiahrae.com.

Taxes & Currency
For orders placed outside of the UK, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Amiah-Rae we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
Charges are made in the currency relevant to the website you are shopping on with the exception of our Rest of the World site, where purchases are charged in US dollars (USD $).
