Returns Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different size/colour (provided with have the available stock), or a refund to the original payment method.

As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we offer paperless returns!
This means you won't receive a returns slip inside your Amiah-Rae parcel. Our returns portal provides all the information needed to make a return.

To initiate a return, please click the link above.

1. Click Create Return then get started and enter your order details. You can find these details on your order confirmation email or on your account.

2. Choose which items you’d like to return and the reason why.

3. Confirm your contact details and select your most convenient return method. We offer drop-off and collection!

4. Print your return label OR download your QR code to scan at your nearest InPost Locker, Asda or Hermes (some options are only available for the UK).

5. Once your parcel has been dropped off or collected, click our Track Return button to check its progress.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to return any unwanted items.

UK: We offer a pre-paid label service which will be deducted from your order amount. You are also able to use your preferred courier for returns. We always recommend purchasing a trackable service.

International: Depending on your country, returns may be subsidised or paid by the customer. This information will be available when you register your return.

We offer drop-off and collection services, so you can return your parcel with your preferred method. We also have printer-less options for those who can’t print at home. Some return methods may only be available for certain countries, so please check your available options via our online portal.

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit to your account. We also offer an exchange service if you wish to change the colour or size of a product.

We aim to process all returns within 7 - 10 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. We can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing process and has somehow slipped through the net. Please send us an image so we can look into this and organise for another one to be sent to you!
